The service worked great for me, especially on my condo and single family rentals closer to the city. The signs attracted a lot of curiosity from drive by people who didn't want to bother parking and getting out of the car. But what I really like it for was the ability to use it as a backup for when my flyers ran out. People would text for basic info and since i would have a record of their contact number, I would just give them a call or text them back to touch base. As for .10 adding up, I guess it does, but I guess thats a good thing. I spend close to .20 per colored flyer and atleast with the texting service I get some kind of recourse on the clients who I would say 80% of whom are good primary leads for my other properties. I would have to say that overall it was a definetly a great service for the price.
