There are new and exciting tools to increase an agent's exposure on the net every day. Aside from the Zillow and Trulia mapping API's, SMS push, ghost blogs, and easy to record podcasts are becomming very effective tools to help agents keep in contact with their clients. In point of fact, we are trying to incorporate many of these features into our product bundle as value-added marketing services for our own real estate clients.

[...] The Future of Real Estate Marketing avers that Trulia.com’s release of its map interface is a shudder-inducing disaster for other developers. This on the heels of yesterday’s reporting on Zillow.com’s release of its API to individual brokerages. There’s is more news on both announcements at RealtyThoughts.
