Saw them at Inman. Like Catalist, Ziprealty and Assist2sell they are trying to court the FSBO's early in the process. I think it's also incredible to see how quickly mapping has taken off in real estate, since Housingmaps. We were one the earliest real estate sites (post housingmaps)to offer mapping of real estate listings and the only large scale FSBO site that is offering this and since then hundreds have come about. It will be interesting to watch real estate progress and become more transparent with an emphasis on the consumer. It’s a nice site that incorporates many of the top features around.
