Niche Real Estate Blogs

I’m constantly amazed at the growth of blogs in the real estate industry. It’s positively booming. With that growth some real gems show up. Below are just a handful of niche blogs that I’ve come to enjoy, each of which adds real value to readers and the industry as a whole:

The Land Journal
All about rural property and land development. The Land Journal gives the real estate industry a much needed and refreshing shot of country life. We’re so caught up in life in suburbia or some urban setting, that we sometimes forget how much land is actually out there.

The X Broker
Jeff writes an insider’s account of how the mortgage industry really works. It’s a refreshing look at the underbelly of a very complicated and confusing field for most people. For an indepth look at what’s going on in the land of real estate mortgages, definitely take a look at The X Broker (there is an outstanding interview of Jeff at the BloodHound Blog as well).

The CondoDomain Blog
Much of the real estate blogosphere discusses single-family or detached homes. Not so at the CondoDomain blog. Here you’ll find all the latest news and happenings in the condo space, along with some irreverent fun by a team that clearly enjoys themselves and their work.
